We had a lazy Sunday and no meal on the menu so I threw together whatever was left in my house.
Which was:
Preseasoned tilipia from the freezer
Yams
Strawberries
Mushrooms
Broccoli
What I want to share with you is the mushroom/broccoli dish
You’ll need:
Mushrooms sliced
Broccoli
1/2 Tb olive oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions:
Warm up olive oil and put broccoli in
Saute for 10 mins
Throw mushrooms in with seasonings
Saute 5 more minutes
